LAMB OF GOD To Film New Video, Release DVD

October 1, 2003

LAMB OF GOD will be shooting the video for "Ruin", the second single from their album "As The Palaces Burn", this week in Los Angeles, California with director and friend Dan Rush. The treatment has been described as surreal, complex and disturbing. The video release is set to coincide with the band kicking off the "Headbanger's Ball Tour" and the group's hosting stint on the MTV2 show in late October.

In other news, LAMB OF GOD have begun work on a DVD, due out by the end of the year. The disc, which is set to be released with a list price of $9.99, will consist of 4-5 live performance tracks taken from this year's Hellfest and New England Hardcore and Metal Festival, all three LAMB OF GOD videos, interviews with the group and individual members, promo videos and various self-recorded behind-the-scenes material.

Says drummer Chris Adler, "This is a quick snapshot of the past several years and a way for us to make a video collection for ourselves and the people that have helped this band build without insulting them with a big price tag."
