LEASH LAW guitarist Emo Mowery (TIWANAKU, ex-NOCTURNUS) has issued the following statement regarding the recent passing of a close friend/collaborator:

"Hello everyone,

"It is a very sad time in our camp!!!!!

"Sam Verrella — age 28 — owner/producer of ARS Studios passed away the morning of 12-31-04, in his sleep.

"Sam was, and still is, a great friend of the Orlando area! Sam produced the debut release from LEASH LAW, as well as countless great recordings, and was prepared to produce the debut album from TIWANAKU. Sam was, and always will be, an inspiration to all of us as well as a very great friend, person, and producer! He worked harder than anyone I have ever known!!

"From this camp, we would like to offer our most sincere condolences to the Verrella family, friends, and everyone that was privileged to know and work with Sam!

"We'll miss you dearly, Sam! May your travels be the best you would ever want them to be! We'll never forget you!

"Rest in peace brother!!!!"

Sam's funeral will be held on January 6 at 10 a.m. at the Nativity Catholic Church in Longwood, Florida:
