LEAVES' EYES Frontwoman Checks In From Toronto

August 25, 2007

LEAVES' EYES — the German/Norwegian band formed by ex-THEATRE OF TRAGEDY singer Liv Kristine Espenaes Krull and members of ATROCITY (who are fronted by Liv's husband Alexander Krull) — is currently touring North America as the support act for KAMELOT. Liv has checked in with the following update:

"In about half an hour we will enter the stage of The Opera House in Toronto, which is our third and last show in Canada on this tour. The audiences in Montreal and Quebec City were absolutely fantastic! On our way we passed through a terrible thunder storm, however the weather here in Toronto is surprisingly hot and humid and everybody is hoping for rain.

"We've been walking around in the city centres to look for stores selling vegetarian and organic food (did you know that the complete band is vegetarian?) and we were happy to discover nice food which is hard to get get in Europe. Unfortunately I couldn't find the Whole Foods market here in Toronto, however we found an excellent bakery and caf'è and sat down for a coffee. We all packed our suitcases with only the most necessary things to save space for goodies from the Whole Foods market and, of course, from...guess what...Toys R Us!

"I'm really looking forward to the show tonight. Tomorrow our final destination will be Cleveland."
