LEAVES' EYES Frontwoman Sharing Her Luck, Love, Fortune And Happiness

November 20, 2007

LEAVES' EYES frontwoman Liv Kristine Espenaes Krull has issued the following update:

"It's already a week since we played our last show for this year in Krefeld, Germany, with BLIND GUARDIAN, and now we're back in the studio, composing songs for our third album. It was very, very nice to meet 'the Guardians' again as we became close friends at our North American tour earlier this year. Unfortunately I was feverish, struggling with the flu. However, pain killers are good in such a situation. The show has to go on, and yes, it was a good one.

"Surprise: my sister Carmen Elise is having her vocals recorded for the next MIDNATTSOL album. It's good to have my sister around at our studio.

"Today my son and I been busy packing 17 boxes of clothes and toys which will be sent to children living on the streets or in children's homes in Romania. If you can help somebody in any possible way — do it, and share your luck, love, fortune and happiness with other people!"

LEAVES' EYES filmed its October 20, 2007 concert at the Metal Female Voices Fest in Wieze, Belgium for an upcoming DVD. The stage set featured a Viking ship designed by LEAVES' EYES tech Leebee. A tentative March 2008 release is expected. Watch fan-filmed video footage from the DVD shoot below.
