LED ZEPPELIN Music To Receive Orchestral Treatment In Newark This Friday
February 4, 2007According to the Asbury Park Press, on Friday (Feb. 9),members of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra will come to Newark, New Jersey's New Jersey Performing Arts Center to perform a rock show, complete with lighting effects. The theme is the music of the 1970s-era rock band LED ZEPPELIN and will include many of the group's best-known songs, including "Stairway to Heaven". The orchestra will be augmented by a rock ensemble, with singer Randy Jackson of the band ZEBRA filling the shoes of LED ZEP singer Robert Plant.
