LEGION OF THE DAMNED, SONIC SYNDICATE, NEAERA To Team Up For 'Darkness Over X-Mas Tour'

LEGION OF THE DAMNED, SONIC SYNDICATE, NEAERA, HAIL OF BULLETS, CALLEJON and ANIMA will team up for the Darkness Over X-Mas Tour 2008 in December. More information is available on the poster below.

In other news, LEGION OF THE DAMNED has issued the following update regarding its new album, "Cult of the Dead", which is scheduled for release on December 19 via Massacre Records.

"The new album will be available in different formats. Nuclear Blast is selling the deluxe edition [see image below] with a lot of extras. Not only you'll be getting the big deluxe digipack edition which contains, next to the 'Cult of the Dead' CD also a BONUS DVD and live CD from Rock Hard, you'll also be getting a LEGION OF THE DAMNED exclusive bag, a cheese block with LEGION OF THE DAMNED logo on it, to cut your favourite Dutch cheese, but it also comes with a limited exclusive 42-page LEGION OF THE DAMNED magazine filled with exclusive photos and interviews with the bandmembers as well as their road crew."

"Feel the Blade", a reissue of LEGION OF THE DAMNED's "Elegy for the Weak" CD (originally released under the band's previous moniker OCCULT),entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 70. Released on January 4, 2008 via Massacre Records, the new version of the LP contains two new songs that didn't appear on the original "Elegy for the Weak" album, a new cover and a bonus DVD.
