December 15, 2006

More information has surfaced about LIFE OF AGONY frontman Keith Caputo's upcoming appearance with ANTHRAX members Scott Ian (guitar) and Frank Bello (bass) at the Retox rock bar in New York City. According to Keith, he and the ANTHRAX guys will perform acoustic versions of three rock numbers by U2 ("Bad"),ALICE IN CHAINS ("Would?") and the BLACK CROWES ("She Talks to Angels") this Saturday night, December 16 beginning at 11:00 p.m.

Retox (511 West 28th Street) was opened by Ian and club owner Mike Diamond, who started Snitch, Pangaea and Vela.

Caputo's second solo album, "Heart's Blood on Your Dawn", was released on May 1 via Keith's official web site. Produced by Maurice "Mouse" Bom, the CD represents "a quantum leap, musically and thematically, from 2000's "Died Laughing", according to a press release.

Caputo makes a guest appearance on WITHIN TEMPTATION's new single, "What Have You Done", which is scheduled to be released in January.
