LIMP BIZKIT Making Good Progress On New CD

April 23, 2003

LIMP BIZKIT are making good progress finishing their next album. The album had been fully or partially completed when frontman Fred Durst decided to re-write and re-record the album with newly-recruited guitarist Mike Smith.

"I want to let you in on something and that is that this new album is off the fuckin' hook!!!!!!!!!," wrote Durst in a post on the band's official web site. "It feels so right. It is escapism. It is limpbizkit. We are almost finished writing the new songs with Mike. We have seven with him now. The chemistry is organic, and we are putting out an album for our country's victory!! Our soldiers kicked so much ass!! I am so proud to be an American!! Watch out America. Good things are heading our way."
