LINKIN PARK's 'Meteora' Debuts At British #1!

LINKIN PARK's "Meteora" (Warner Bros.) powered straight to No. 1 on the U.K. album chart yesterday (March 30) to become the band's first chart-topping success in the territory.

"Meteora" is also set to top the U.S. charts for this coming week, with early reports indicating that the album may shift nearly a million units during its first week.

LINKIN PARK's 2000 debut, "Hybrid Theory", sold 50,000 in its first week and has sold nearly nine million copies in the U.S. to date.
