LITA FORD On Upcoming Album: 'It's Going To Be Harder And Sexier Than Anything I've Ever Done'

October 31, 2008

'80s hard rock queen Lita Ford performed at last night's (October 30) Rock for the Cure event, which was held at Florida's Seminole Hotel and Casino Hard Rock Café. According to Metromix.com, Ford belted out old hits such as "Close My Eyes Forever", "Hungry" and "Kiss Me Deadly" while "fans sipped pink cocktails and reminisced about the decade of excess when everyone had more hair and money."

Metromix.com went backstage to find out what Ford's been up to lately. "I just filmed a video jamming with TWISTED SISTER that'll be out later this month. They dressed me up in a bondage outfit," Ford laughed. "It's a holiday duet with Dee Snider, 'I'll Be Home For Christmas'." Ford is also recording a new album with her husband Jim Gillette (ex-NITRO). "We've already written 20 songs," Ford said. "It's going to be harder and sexier than anything I've ever done."
