LOS ANGELES MURDERFEST: Next Year's Event to Be Held In April

Church of the 8th Day, the organizers behind the Los Angeles Murderfest, have announced that next year's event will take place on April 5-6, 2008. The festival promises to feature more exclusive and rare West Coast performances from the top names in the extreme music underground. The event will be held at the Knitting Factory in Hollywood, CA and will boast 40-plus bands on two stages. Lineup, ticket prices and further information will be announced within the coming months.

Among the bands that have appeared at the Los Angeles Murderfest in the past are OBITUARY, BRUTAL TRUTH, REPULSION, ATHEIST, THE ACCUSED, DESPISE YOU, IMMOLATION, VITAL REMAINS, DECEASED, ANAL CUNT, LACK OF INTEREST, CEPHALIC CARNAGE, DISFEAR, PIG DESTROYER and MACABRE.
