LOST HORIZON Continuing Vocalist Search

March 29, 2005

Swedish power metallers LOST HORIZON have posted the following message on their official web site:

"The singer who formerly agreed to start playing with LOST HORIZON in order to carry out the summer festivals has dropped out. This is due to his present band giving him an ultimatum — them or LOST HORIZON. And faced with the dilemma of knowing what you have but not what you get, the choice fell on them.

"LOST HORIZON has now returned to discussions with other not entirely uninteresting applicants to the vacant position. They still expect to be playing the undertaken festivals."

LOST HORIZON vocalist Daniel Heiman and guitarist Fredrik Olsson left the group last summer in order to pursue other projects. The remainder of the band — Wojtek Lisicki (who last year returned to LOST HORIZON),Christian Nyquist, Attila Publik and Martin Furängen — are continuing work on material for their third album, tentatively due in early 2006 through an as-yet-undetermined label (the band were previously signed to the now-defunct Music For Nations).
