LYNCH MOB 'Officially' Confirmed For CINDERELLA/WARRANT U.S. Tour

March 7, 2008

As BLABBERMOUTH.NET first reported on March 3, it has now been officially confirmed that the reactivated LYNCH MOB — featuring guitarist George Lynch (ex-DOKKEN) and vocalist Oni Logan alongside legendary drummer Tommy Aldridge (OZZY OSBOURNE, TED NUGENT, WHITESNAKE) and bassist Marco Mendoza (WHITESNAKE, THIN LIZZY) — will take part in this summer's CINDERELLA/WARRANT U.S. tour.

"The LYNCH MOB is going out, in the U.S., starting in July of 2008 for approximately 40 shows," reads a posting on Oni's MySpace page. "The package tour is headlined by CINDERELLA followed by WARRANT and the LYNCH MOB."

Birmingham, Alabama-based hard rockers LYNAM are rumored to have secured the opening slot on the trek, which will make a stop at the Rocklahoma festival the weekend of July 10-13, 2008 at the Catch The Fever Festival Grounds, four miles north of Pryor, Oklahoma. The package is also expected to appear at the Rock Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin on July 17. Additional dates will be announced soon.
