MÖTLEY CRÜE Bassist's Clothing Line Comes To U.K.
June 18, 2009Virgin Media reports that MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx is bringing his luxury fashion label Royal Underground to the U.K.
Sixx created the high-end clothing and accessories line, which has a rock 'n' roll edge, with businesswoman Kelly Gray in Los Angeles in 2006.
"I am very excited for Royal Underground to be launched in England finally... Britain has been my main influence in fashion and music since I was a teenager," said Nikki.
"I have always been attracted to the music scene in London and love to infuse those aesthetics into the collection. We have drawn a lot of inspiration from the music scene as well as old English iconography."
The label, available from July and priced from £75, already has a rocker following, with celebrity fans including Fergie, Tommy Lee and Courtney Love.
