MÖTLEY CRÜE's NIKKI SIXX: No Reunion Tour Until 2004

January 9, 2003

MÖTLEY CRÜE/BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION bassist Nikki Sixx has posted the following message in the "Rock'n'Roll Diary" section of CRÜE's official web site:

"[BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION are] in the studio recording six more songs…

01. I Don't Care
02. Brace Yourself
03. Life
04. Crash (Temp Title)
05. Going Out
06. Shut The Fuck Up

"I hope to fucking god we get our website done soon... There's a lot going on and it's a bit of a cluster-fuck for time.

"N. Sixx by Dragonfly is taking nice test orders. Dragonfly Clothing is a top-notch company and everything seems to be lining up nicely.

"Me and [wife] Donna will be doing some TV together in the near future… Fun stuff… Think Valentine's Day...

"We signed Rich Wilkes, the writer from 'XXX' AND 'XXX 2' to write our movie script [the film version of the MÖTLEY CRÜE's autobiography, 'The Dirt']… He's a huge fan of rock n roll and is chomping to get started... We're still working with Paramount Pictures and MTV Films, so I feel really good about the team… Next up is picking the right director...

"As far as the question being asked over and over about Ozzfest, at this time there are *no* plans of doing any kind of tour 'till next year for MÖTLEY CRÜE."
