MACHINE HEAD: 'Burn My Eyes' Anniversary Show To Be Released On DVD
September 21, 2004MACHINE HEAD's performance of their classic debut album, "Burn My Eyes", in its entirety on August 8, 2004 at the Philadelphia stop on their "Road Rage" tour was filmed with a six-camera, 24-track digital filming-and-recording rig courtesy of the guys at High Roller Productions. In addition, plans still exist for the group to film their December 5, 2004 show at the Brixton Academy in London, England for an upcoming DVD. "What we would like to see happen is for this DVD to be released in the beginning of the year, with the main DVD being the London show with the first pressing of the DVD containing a 'limited edition bonus DVD' of our 'Burn My Eyes' 10th anniversary show, as basically a 'thank you' for our hardcore fans, and longtime supporters," MACHINE HEAD frontman Robert Flynn writes in the latest installment of his online "diary". After that first pressing has sold out, the bonus 'Burn My Eyes' show will go away, and the full London DVD will be available. So if you sleep on it, your loss."
