June 29, 2010

MACHINE HEAD frontman Robb Flynn jammed with the SLAYER tribute act SILENT SCREAM on Friday, June 25 at Duff's Brooklyn in Williamsburg, New York. Also joining in on the fun was GOD FORBID guitarist Doc Coyle, who recently started bartending at the popular heavy metal bar. According to a posting on the Duff'sweb site, "they jammed out 10 or so classic metal covers, including [IRON MAIDEN's] 'The Trooper', [METALLICA's] 'Creeping Death', [JUDAS PRIEST's] 'Breaking The Law' and [SLAYER's] 'South Of Heaven'."

Check out photos from the night in the photo gallery at this location. A couple of the pictures can be viewed below.
