MAJESTY Part Ways With Guitarist, Seek Replacement
April 22, 2004Germany's MAJESTY have parted ways with rhythm guitarist Udo Keppner and are currently seeking a replacement. Interested parties can contact the group at [email protected].
In other news, MAJESTY recently replaced bassist Martin Hehn with Marcus Bielenberg. "Marcus already mastered his first gigs in Poland and in the Czech Republic fantastically and he is a true enrichment for the band," reads a post on the group's web site. "The band wishes their old bass player Martin Hehn all the best for his future. The separation between him and the band was friendly and all the members still have a good relationship to Martin."
MAJESTY's video for the track "Into The Stadiums" can still be viewed online in Real Media format at this location. "Into The Stadiums" comes off the German group's second "official" full-length album, "Reign in Glory", which was released last October through Massacre Records.
"Reign in Glory" was recorded at Roxx studios in Pulheim, Germany under the watchful eye of producer Stefan Kaufmann (former ACCEPT drummer, current U.D.O. guitarist) and marks the recording debut with the group of former VANIZE guitarist Rolf Munkes.
