Man Indicted For Killing At KORN Show

According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a Fulton County grand jury indicted Michael Scott Axley (photo from Korn.Simpol.net),25, of Douglasville, Georgia on felony murder and aggravated assault charges for allegedly punching and killing a man at a KORN concert in July after they got into an argument over a hat.

According to witnesses, Axley punched Andy Richardson, 30, after the two exchanged words and Axley took Richardson's cap during a KORN concert at Hi-Fi Buys Ampitheater last July.

Richardson fell unconscious onto a concrete sidewalk and Axley allegedly punched Richardson again. Richardson suffered skull fractures and severe head injuries. He died two days later at Grady Memorial Hospital.
