MANIFEST: New Song Posted Online
February 5, 2007Norwegian thrashers MANIFEST have posted an unmastered version of a brand new song, entitled "Swine", at this location. The song comes off the group's second album, due later in the year via an as-yet-undetermined label. The follow-up to 2005's "Half Past Violence" consists of 10 tracks and clocks in at a little over 40 minutes, according to a posting on the group's web site. "We had a real good time recording and hanging out at Spiren Studio and Knut ['Fug' Prytz] has outdone himself on this production," the band wrote. "We are proud to say that it sounds totally bad-assed!"
"Half Past Violence" was released in June 2005 via Edgerunner Music. The CD was produced by Rune Stavnesli at the Godt Selskap Studio (NECROPHAGIA, THE APPARATUS) in Trondheim, Norway.
