MANNHAI Prepare To Record Sophomore CD

Finnish "stoner rockers" MANNHAI, featuring former AMORPHIS bassist Oppu Laine and ex-XYSMA frontman Joanitor Muurinen, are scheduled to enter the studio in early August to record the follow-up to last year's The Sons Of Yesterday's Black Grouse CD, tentatively entitled Evil Under the Sun, for a late 2002 release through Spinefarm Records.

In other news, MANNHAI will be performing at the On The Rocks bar in Helsinki on Wednesday, July 17th. Also appearing on the bill will be THE BLACK LEAGUE, featuring former SENTENCED frontman Taneli Jarva.
