MANNTIS Prepare For Spring Dates; New Video Posted Online

February 28, 2006

Southern California quintet MANNTIS are currently preparing for a slew of spring touring activity, which kicks off with two shows supporting the legendary MOTÖRHEAD in early March. This will lead them into a short stint in early April alongside HIMSA, FULL BLOWN CHAOS and THE CLASSIC STRUGGLE that will ultimately be capped off with a trek supporting SOULFLY and A PERFECT MURDER later that month. The group recently completed a highly successful sold-out run on the "They're Still The Law Tour" featuring ANTHRAX, GOD FORBID and SWORN ENEMY, as their blistering, unrelenting set caught people's attention while further proving that this band is able to deliver the goods in front of any crowd. MANNTIS also completed a new video for the track "Weathered Soul" with up-and-coming director Robert Hall (JOSH TODD, feature film "Lightning Bug"). Click here to check it out.

Commented MANNTIS frontman Jake Sirokman (vocals): "We are very excited about the upcoming events such as our dates with MOTÖRHEAD, HIMSA and SOULFLY for March and April. As some of you know, we've just completed a tour with the legendary ANTHRAX, GOD FORBID and SWORN ENEMY. This was a killer tour for us, and we had a blast, not to mention the sold-out crowds almost every night. Also, the new video should be premiering on Fuse and MTV2 sometime next month, so keep your eyes open for that. We are super stoked about this one. You can also check it out online now. Last, I would like to say thank you for all the support everyone has been giving us, and we are looking forward to a great year."
