Dr. Randall Kertz, former tour manager for MANOWAR, has released his long-awaited book, "The Bassist's Guide to Injury Management, Prevention and Better Health". It covers common injuries musicians may experience, especially bass players, and tells you what they are, how to treat them and offers prevention advice, including exercises and stretches. It also features a chapter with advice from professional musicians, including MANOWAR's Joey DeMaio, who discusses his unique playing style, technique and instruments.
