MARDUK Cancel Last Three Shows Of European Tour
September 19, 2005Swedish black metallers MARDUK were forced to cancel the last three shows of their European tour because their bus broke down in Germany, according to a posting on the group's web site. The affected dates are as follows:
Sep. 19 - Copenhagen, DEN @ Loppen
Sep. 20 - Gävle, SWE @ Monster Club
Sep. 21 -Göteborg, SWE @ Musikens Hus
MARDUK were forced to cancel their European tour earlier in the year after drummer Emil Dragutinovic's arm was broken in a fight back in February. The band recently put the finishing touches on the videos for the songs "Throne of Rats" and "The Hangman of Prague".
MARDUK's ninth full-length album, "Plague Angel", was released in the U.S. in March. The album came out in Europe last November via Blooddawn/Regain Records.
