MARUTA Signs With WILLOWTIP

Miami, Florida's grindcore trio MARUTA has signed to Willowtip. The band plans on entering Southern Noise Studios with Jonathan Nuñez in late April to put the finishing touches on its debut full-length, "In Narcosis".

Commented vocalist Mitchell Luna: "We've always dug the stuff Willowtip has put out and are big fans of the label. There are bands on the label that have helped influence our sound, so to be a part of the Willowtip roster is a great thing for us."

MARUTA plans on touring extensively to promote "In Narcosis" around late summer/early fall 2007.
