MASTODON Announce U.S. Tour With CLUTCH

Relapse Records recording artists MASTODON have announced their fourth U.S. tour in support of their latest album, "Remission". MASTODON will team up with CLUTCH for two-week span beginning August 29 in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The tour is scheduled to conclude September 14 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with additional dates pending.

MASTODON, fresh off their first headlining tour of Europe, will first hit the road for an August string of Southeastern U.S. dates that will include appearances at Krazy Fest (alongside HATEBREED, BLOOD BROTHERS, BURNT BY THE SUN),Furnace Fest (alongside ANDREW W.K., TAKING BACK SUNDAY) and Redemption Fest.

Additionally, MASTODON's much-talked about "Remission" album will be reissued by Relapse Records as a deluxe CD/DVD digipak format this October. The revamped "Remission" will include a free DVD that will feature MASTODON's lauded live show professionally filmed at the Masquerade in the band's hometown of Atlanta. The final track listing for the live DVD is "O'le Nessie", "March of the Fire Ants", "Hail to Fire", "Where Strides the Behemoth", "Battle at Sea", "Mother Puncher", "Burning Man", "Workhorse" and "Crusher Destroyer". MASTODON are also slated to appear in the upcoming Tony Hawk video game "Tony Hawk's Underground" with music from "Remission".
