MASTODON Drummer Interviewed At U.K.'s DOWNLOAD Festival (Video)

Jägermeister UK conducted an interview with drummer Brann Dailor of Atlanta progressive metallers MASTODON at this year's Download festival, which is taking place June 14-16 at Donington Park in Leicestershire, United Kingdom. You can now watch the chat below.

MASTODON is currently writing material for its follow-up to 2011's "The Hunter", tentatively due in early 2014.

The band wrote and recorded a song for the upcoming animated film "Monsters University".

Due out in July, "Monsters University" is the prequel to 2001's "Monsters, Inc."Billy Crystal and John Goodman reprise their roles in the prequel as the wise-cracking Mike Wazowski and lovable Sulley.

MASTODON's latest album, "The Hunter", came out in September 2011 through Reprise Records.

MASTODON was among the nominees for the 54th annual Grammy Awards, which was held on February 12, 2012 at Staples Center in Los Angeles. The band's Grammy nomination was for "Curl Of The Burl", the first single from "The Hunter".
