April 4, 2010

Fan-filmed video footage of MAYHEM's performance at this year's installment of the Inferno festival — which was held March 31 - April 3, 2010 in Oslo, Norway — can be viewed below.

MAYHEM's previously announced "Deconsecration Part II" North American tour with TOMBS, LUDICRA and KRALLICE, which was scheduled to kick off on April 7 in Washington D.C., was cancelled.

MAYHEM last year announced the addition of French guitarist Silmaeth (ex-VORKREIST) to the group's touring lineup.

MAYHEM's current live formation is as follows:

Attila Csihar: Vocals
Necrobutcher (a.k.a. Jørn Stubberud): Bass
Hellhammer (a.k.a. Jan Axel Blomberg): Drums
Morfeus (a.k.a. Krister Dreyer): Guitar
Silmaeth: Guitar
