MAYHEM, DECAPITATED, DEFILED: Scandinavian Dates Announced

Norway's MAYHEM, Poland's DECAPITATED and Japan's DEFILED will be teaming up for a European tour beginning in early April. Confirmed dates so far are as follows:

Apr. 09 - Göteborg, SWE @ Musikens Hus
Apr. 10 – Oslo, NOR @ Inferno Festival
Apr. 11 - Stockholm, SWE @ Klubben

MAYHEM's new full-length CD, "Chimera", is scheduled to be released on March 29 through Season Of Mist Records. The album, which was recorded at a mobile studio in the mountains of Norway, reportedly features a musical direction that is being described by the band as "much more back to basics and much more brutal" than 2000's "Grand Declaration of War". Songtitles set to appear on "Chimera" include "Rape Humanity With Pride", "Chimera", "Dark Night Of The Soul" and "Deathwhore".
