MEDICATED Announces New Guitarist

Dani Nuutinen, who previously fronted MEDICATED, the Finnish metal band featuring former IMPERANON vocalist Aleksi Sihvonen, has rejoined the group as its new second guitarist.

MEDICATED is currently working on a new EP for a late 2010 release. Video footage from the studio can be viewed below.

Commented Dani: "I was almost freakin' out when I heard that I have the opportunity to join MEDICATED again! Good old pals and awesome music to play! I'm really looking forward to this and waiting to get the EP released and hit the stage with totally new feel and energy! Let's start medication (beer and metal!) immediately!"

MEDICATED's "Magnum For Amen" EP, was released in 2008.

Formed in 2005, MEDICATED describes its music as "thrash/death metal with big choruses, screaming and clean vocals, hard rhythms and fast lead guitars."
