MEGADETH: New Audio Interview With DAVE MUSTAINE Available

MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine was interviewed by "Whiplash", a weekly metal show on Belgian national radio Studio Brussel, hosted by AFTER ALL guitarist Dries Van Damme. Topics include: touring with "the BLACK SABBATH cover band," James Hetfield kicking Mustaine's dog and Mustaine subsequently kicking Hetfield's ass, Japanese pop star Marty Friedman and a Belgian doctor trying to take a look at Mustaine's "unit."

MEGADETH's February 4, 2008 concert in Helsinki, Finland marked the band's live debut with new guitarist Chris Broderick, who has previously played with JAG PANZER and NEVERMORE.

The third installment of the U.S. Gigantour — the acclaimed traveling heavy music festival launched in 2005 by MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine — will launch April 12 in Denver, CO with headliner MEGADETH, Swedish metal band IN FLAMES, Finland's CHILDREN OF BODOM, Arizona's modern extreme JOB FOR A COWBOY and Oakland, CA heavy power trio HIGH ON FIRE all confirmed. The 29-date trek will criss-cross North America and wraps May 22 in Phoenix, AZ.
