MERCENARY: New Video Report From Studio Posted Online

February 27, 2008

Danish metal act MERCENARY has posted the second part of its studio report for the band's highly anticipated new effort, "Architect of Lies". Watch it below.

In other news, the band has issued the following update:

"As a teaser for our upcoming video for the track 'Isolation', we've posted a few pics from the shooting that took place the previous weekend. Everything went really smoothly, and director Morten Madsen (who also directed the video for 'My World is Ending') had some really great ideas, which involved, to name a few, a near-naked girl on a bed, a near naked girl in a shower (all very tasteful and classy, mind you) and oh yeah, of course also something about some guys standing about in cool lights with instruments. Whatever that was all about. Anyway, the few raw shots we've seen so far already looked really bad-ass. A big thank-u goes out to the fans who volunteered to act as extras in the video — you guys rocked!

"Moreover we also just played some of our greatest shows ever supporting MEGADETH in Denmark and Germany. It was a total blast watching them every night and a great honour being there at all. On top of that everybody in the crew and the band were very friendly and (of course) super pros and we were treated extremely well. To state the obvious, we're of course looking very much forward to the last two shows we have with MEGADETH in March — hope to catch lots of you guys out there!”

The band will be heading out as direct support for Bay Area legend DEATH ANGEL in April.

The follow up to 2006's "The Hours That Remain" (which was honored in "best Album" category at the Danish Metal Awards),"Architect of Lies" will be released through Century Media Records on the following release dates:
