MERCENARY To Enter Studio In March
February 8, 2006Danish metallers MERCENARY are currently in pre-production for their as-yet-untitled fifth full-length album, tentatively due late summer via Century Media Records. "So far 10 songs have been written," the band write on their web site. "MERCENARY will enter Hansen studios [in Ribe, Denmark] in March to record the album which will be mixed in May, also by Jacob Hansen [HATESPHERE, INVOCATOR, RAUNCHY]."
In other news, MERCENARY's fourth full-length album, "11 Dreams", will be released in Brazil on March 20 through Overload Records. The CD, which was released in the U.S. in February 2005 via Century Media, was produced by Jacob Hansen and includes a cover version of KENT's hit single "Music Non Stop". Artwork duties were handled by Niklas Sundin (DARK TRANQUILLITY, IN FLAMES, ARCH ENEMY).
