METAL INSURGENCE TOUR Gives Back To The Military

The first leg of the Metal Insurgence Tour — featuring JON OLIVA'S PAIN (led by SAVATAGE mastermind Jon Oliva),BEYOND FEAR (fronted by former JUDAS PRIEST and current ICED EARTH singer Tim "Ripper" Owens),and CHRIS CAFFERY'S FACES (featuring SAVATAGE and TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA guitarist Chris Caffery),kicks of in Cleveland on September 9 on Day One of the World Series of Metal. In an effort to give thanks to the men and woman of the U.S. Military, the first ten (10) fans to present valid military IDs will gain free entrance to all shows in the U.S.

Commented Oliva: "This small gesture is one way that the bands can express their respect for the tireless sacrifice that these soldiers endure for their families and the country. Our military are die-hard metal fans, and they deserve whatever we can do for them!"
