METALLICA: 'Death Magnetic' World Premiere Available For Streaming Right Now

This week's FMQB Productions broadcast special, "Metallica: The World Premiere Of Death Magnetic", which is being hosted by FOO FIGHTERS frontman Dave Grohl and drummer Taylor Hawkins, is available for streaming right now at Metallica.com. Dave Grohl and drummer Taylor Hawkins are being joined by the members of METALLICA for a live broadcast from 'TALLICA HQ, giving an exclusive look into one of the most anticipated albums of 2008.

"The World Premiere Of Death Magnetic" will also air on stations across the country starting at 9:00 p.m. Eastern. The 60-minute program will feature James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo giving fans an exclusive look at "Death Magnetic".

Several copies of "Death Magnetic" were sold early at a Paris record store on Tuesday (September 2),which led to the entire album being leaked online within hours.

Due on September 12, "Death Magnetic" will also be available to download for Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock the same day that the record is released.

METALLICA will play two low-dough shows in Europe to celebrate the CD's release, in Berlin on September 12 and London on September 15. Tickets for both are priced under $20 and open to fan club members only.

The band will kick off its first indoor North American tour on October 21 in Glendale, Arizona, with shows booked through the end of January.
