METALLICA Interviewed At 'Los Premios MTV Latinoamérica 2008'; Video Available

A short interview with METALLICA conducted on the red carpet at last Thursday night's (October 16) annual "Los Premios MTV Latinoamérica 2008" in Guadalajara, Mexico can be viewed below. METALLICA performed the first single from "Death Magnetic", "The Day That Never Comes", at the event, which was held inside the Auditorio Telmex and aired live on MTV Tr3's.

Although METALLICA has played European festivals for the last couple of summers, and a few one-off U.S. shows, the band has not traveled extensively in North America since touring behind 2003's "St. Anger" album.

"Death Magnetic" has sold more than a million copies in the U.S. alone since coming out on September 12.
