METALLICA, OZZY OSBOURNE, DAVE GROHL Interviewed On 'Behind The Music Remastered: Motörhead'

April 19, 2013

An updated version of VH1's "Behind The Music" documentary on MOTÖRHEAD, "Behind The Music Remastered: Motörhead", will premiere on VH1 Classic in the U.S. on Saturday, April 20 at 9:00 p.m. EST. The new version contains fresh interviews with Ozzy Osbourne, Dave Grohl, METALLICA's Lars Ulrich and Robert Trujillo, as well as interviews with the current lineup of MOTÖRHEAD (Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee) and, of course, the classic lineup of "Fast" Eddie Clarke and Philip "Filthy Animal" Taylor.

Show description: "What better rock n' roll story is there than that of the infamous forefathers of heavy metal, Lemmy Kilmister and his band MOTÖRHEAD. This is the rough and tumble story of a working-class English dreamer and his rise to become the most feared and respected man in rock 'n' roll."

A preview clip from "Behind The Music Remastered: Motörhead" can be seen below.

MOTÖRHEAD recently entered the studio with longtime producer Cameron Webb to begin recording the follow-up to 2010's "The Wörld Is Yours" for a tentative late summer release. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Outsider" and "Silence When You Speak to Me".
