METALLICA Performs 'Orion' For First Time Since 2007; Video Available

According to New Zealand's 3 News, METALLICA performed the instrumental track "Orion" in full for the first time since 2007 earlier tonight (Thursday, October 14) during the band's concert at the Vector Arena in Auckland.

"We were certainly treated to something special in having 'Orion' performed in its entirety — a fantastic tribute to [late METALLICA bassist] Cliff [Burton, who co-penned the track] and the Auckland crowds," The Rock FM's Riccardo Ball said.
