METALLICA: Second Half Of U.S. Tour Delayed?

January 29, 2004

According to a posting at Inter Sandman, rumor has it that the second leg of METALLICA's U.S. "Madly in Anger with the World" tour is having some scheduling conflicts. "Specifically, the problem seems lie somewhere in Detroit and Cleveland. With the NBA and NHL entering playoff mode that time of year it makes scheduling a little more tricky than normal. [As a result] the second half of the U.S. tour looks like it could very likely be delayed until the fall."

In other news, The 4 Horsemen is reporting that the Australian release of METALLICA's "The Unnamed Feeling" single has been given a release date of February 16, according to Hmv.com.au. No track listing has been revealed as yet, but the single will contain live tracks recorded from the Big Day Out in the Gold Coast on January 16.

Also on the METALLICA front, Australian music channel Channel V will be airing the jam session with METALLICA that one lucky contestant won to be a part of. The show is expected to air sometime towards the end of February so check your local listings for that.
