MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP To Release Live DVD In May

MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP (MSG) shot a DVD in Poland during the group's recent tour of Europe. A tentative May release is expected.

In other MSG-related news, the band's bassist, Rev Jones, is going to be setting in playing bass for FUEL in April while their bass player's wife has a baby. The dates are as follows:

Also on the Rev Jones front, the bassist has announced the details of a new, as-yet-unnamed "supergroup" featuring the following lineup:

Pete Holmes - drums (BLACK SYMPHONY, BLACK 'N BLUE, TED NUGENT, MSG, IAN GILLAN, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN)
Wayne Findlay (MSG, VINNIE MOORE) - keys/guitar/vocals
Wade Williams (CHILDREN) - lead vocals

Fifteen songs have been written and recorded for the group's debut album, which is expected to be released later this spring. More information will be made available soon.
