MIKE LONGWORTH Quits PRONG, Launches LOVERS REVOLT

December 9, 2006

Mike Longworth (PRONG) has issued the following update:

"First of all, without any bitterness I am no longer involved with PRONG. Tommy [Victor] has always been a great influence on me as a guitar player and it was an honor for me to be a part of PRONG. I had three years of great memories and made a lot of new friends because of it. It's time for me to move forward in my career.

"In July I got involved with a group of friends/musicians and we created something really cool... so cool we now have a major label behind us and a record in the works. It's a bit different from PRONG but I am totally happy with the results. The songs will be posted in the next few days. The name of the band is LOVERS REVOLT and features myself (guitar),Bill Gaal (ex-NOTHINGFACE; vocals),Tony Bernatonis (bass),Cheyne Fritts (guitar),and Daniel James (drums). The label is a brand new label that will go public in 2007 and is gonna change the way music is delivered to the masses.

"It sounds typical to say I don't know how to desribe or compare the music. I really can't. It's heavy at times, very simple rock songs with hooks and great melodies. You be the judge."
