MISANTHROPY LEGION Completes Work On 'Eidolon'

September 22, 2008

New Jersey black metal horde MISANTHROPY LEGION has completed work on its second full-length album, "Eidolon". The CD is described in a press release as "a raging tour-de-force of devilish black metal iconoclasm, propelled by anti-Christian sentiment the likes of which the world has not seen since Nietzsche first picked up his poisoned pen. Rather than adhering to the strict genres codes and unwritten laws of black metal, the Legion chose a path less-traveled. Their music may be old-school, but their fresh approach to a USBM scene stuck suffocating in its own self-importance is anything but. Instead of relying on the same rote DARKTHRONE riffs that their contemporaries have been ripping off for the past fifteen years, MISANTHROPY LEGION are unafraid to inject a newfound venom into their sound by way of their outside influences."

MISANTHROPY LEGION is:

Joe "Wraith" Aversario: Guitars, Vocals, Bass
Itay N. Krasilshikov: Drums, Vocals
