MONGREL Announces New Lineup

June 27, 2007

New England based punk/metal band MONGREL has announced the addition of second guitarist T.S. Moth (TRANSDUSK, ex-HATE THE LIVING) and drummer Ed Loguercio (ex-BROKEN TOYS) to the group's ranks.

With the new members working with the band for only a few weeks at this point, MONGREL is very excited about the future, which includes an upcoming mini-tour with TRASHLIGHT VISION and a live radio performance.

MONGREL's full-length album, "Fear, Lies, and Propaganda", was recorded at Moontower Studio in Cambridge, MA and was mastered by Grammy Award winner Jay Frigoletto at Pro Mastering in Brookline, NH. "I Refuse" and MONGREL's cover of the AMEN anthem "Coma America" were featured on the 2006 Rat Pak Records compilation. The song "Shut Your Mouth (Open Your Eyes)" was included on the 2007 soundtrack to the Solomon Mortamur film "It Came from Trafalgar", and their song "The World Loves a Tragedy" is set to appear on the upcoming "Skater Rock" compilation being put out by Versailles Records.
