MONSTER MAGNET Members To Hit The Road With RIOTGOD

September 17, 2009

The best of New Jersey rock is hitting the road in October for the first of what will be many upcoming shows. RIOTGOD and FRIENDS OF BILL WILSON team up for tour.

RIOTGOD's members — drummer Bob Pantella (MONSTER MAGNET, CYCLE OF PAIN, ATOMIC BITCHWAX, RAGING SLAB),bassist Jim Baglino (MONSTER MAGNET, HUMAN REMAINS, DEAD GUY, LORD STERLING, RIBEYE BROS),guitarist Garrett Sweeny (PSYCHO DAISY) and singer Sunshine — are four creative players who decided in 2007 to make the music they wanted to hear, while searching for that infinite sustain. And joining them are FRIENDS OF BILL WILSON, fresh off an extremely successful national radio campaign. Developing artistically together for several years now, their musical range reaches comfortably across mainstream rock and roll to extend into edgier, more left-of-center trip rock.

Commented singer Damien Baldwin: [I'm] extremely excited to take this show on the road. We've seen such an outpouring of support over the last few months from fans all over the country, we're stoked to get out there with RIOTGOD and give folks a great night!"

Also, look for both bands on October 6 in Chicago at Delilah's bar doing a short DJ set during Ron Platzer's "Metal Shop".
