MORDAX: 'Monarch Of All' Video Released

February 20, 2012

"Monarch Of All", the new video from the Danish death/thrash metal act MORDAX, can be seen below. The song comes off the band's debut album, "Violence Fraud Treachery", which will be released on February 24 via Ultimhate Records. The CD was recorded at CB Studios and Redhead Recordings in Denmark and mixed and mastered by Dan Swanö (BLOODBATH, OPETH, EDGE OF SANITY) at Unisound in Örebro, Sweden.

According to the band's official bio, MORDAX "reaches back towards a sound that is raw, real and human. Combining various elements from thrash and death metal with a rock-inspired approach to songwriting, the band's sound is first and foremost its own: Simplistic thrash/death metal with fear-inducing growled vocals, catchy guitar lines and organic grooves center stage. The band plays around with metal clichés mixing them with their own new ideas, and in the process they come up with something that invokes nostalgia yet sounds decidedly new."

MORDAX is:

Asbjørn Steffensen: Vocals
Ejnar Videbæk: Drums
Jeff: Bass
Mads Bertram: Guitar
Lord Insane: Guitar
