MORDICHRIST Announce New Bassist, Drummer

MORDICHRIST, the Swedish metal band featuring DARK FUNERAL guitarist Chaq Mol and vocalist Nenia, have announced the addition of bassist Lix Tetrax and drummer Af Dictator to the group's ranks. The band are planning on entering Hit Fire studio shortly to record a seven-inch single, tentatively due in early 2006 via Danza Ipnotica Records. The as-yet-untitled effort is expected to include at least two new songs.

Commented Chaq Mol: "I have worked with Erik Lidbom at Hit Fire before, It was when he recorded and mixed DARK FUNERAL's 'De Profundis Clamavi ad te Domine'. And [as] you all know, the sound of 'De Profundis....' is more than great."

MORDICHRIST previously issued a limited-edition (500 copies) 10-inch mini-LP via Danza Ipnotica.

MORDICHRIST's third demo, "The Blood Rise", which was recorded at the Subsonic studio, can be downloaded from the Vitaminic.de web site. The songs available for download are "Immemorial", "Blacken Bless" and "World of Shades".
