MOTÖRHEAD, WHITESNAKE, SAXON, JUDAS PRIEST Featured On 'Rock S'Cool' Double CD And DVD

Steamhammer/SPV has set an October 8 European release date for "Rock S'Cool", a double CD and DVD containing material some of the label's biggest and most promising hard rock and heavy metal artists. The "Rock S'Cool - A Spanking Good Song Collection" double CD consists of 30 tracks with a total playing time of 120 minutes. The DVD, "Rock S'Cool Vol. II - A Spanking Good Clip Collection", is part two of a series originally launched in the spring of 2006, featuring 25 video clips, also with a total playing time of 120 minutes. Bonus material on the DVD includes a discography with 30-second snippets of each song and each album, various DVD trailers, iPod videos of each track, a CD-ROM section, and an eight-page booklet.

The double CD and the DVD will be available at a particularly reasonable fan-friendly price. Between the beginning of October and the end of November 2007, fans will also be able to get hold of a select album by each of the artists at a reduced price as part of a special retail campaign.
