MOURNING BELOVETH and NOVEMBERS DOOM are among the artists scheduled to appear at the fourth edition of the Dutch Doom Day festival, set to be held October 1-2 at Baroeg in Rotterdam. The festival billing is shaping up as follows:

Saturday, October 1:
