MTLEY CRE, BUCKCHERRY, PAPA ROACH, TRAPT, SIXX: A.M. Members On 'Rockline': Audio Available

June 10, 2008

MTLEY CRE's Vince Neil, BUCKCHERRY's Josh Todd, PAPA ROACH's Jacoby Shaddix, TRAPT's Chris Taylor Brown and SIXX: A.M.'s James Michael were the featured guests last night (Monday, June 9) on the nationally syndicated radio show "Rockline", hosted by Bob Coburn. The program is now available for streaming at this location.

MTLEY CRE, BUCKCHERRY, PAPA ROACH, SIXX: A.M. and TRAPT are taking part in this summer's Cre Fest beginning on July 1 in West Palm Beach, Florida. CRE, which always been known for over-the-top live shows, has yet to reveal any details about its plans for the show's production and staging, and bassist Nikki Sixx said in a conference call last month that they want to keep this one a surprise as long as possible. "You know, with the Internet and fans that are coming to the show, you know, such a large percentage of them are online. You know, when you do your show your first opening night, the last city on the tour already knows the set list and kind of the gist of what you're doing. We try to keep it under wraps as long as possible just to make it more exciting for the fans too."

The CRE will release its first studio album since 2000, "Saints of Los Angeles", on June 24.

The album's title track and first single is selling well thanks to both Rock Band and Guitar Hero. According to RollingStone.com, it sold five times more copies through Rock Band as it did on iTunes after a month.
