MTLEY CRE & LIVE NATION?

April 14, 2008

MTLEY CRE is expected to make an important announcement in Los Angeles tomorrow (Tuesday, April 15),and sources have told Pollstar.com what that big announcement is.

MTLEY CRE is expected to be the next 360-deal signing to Live Nation Artists, adding to the pool that includes MADONNA and, presumably, JAY-Z. At least that's the word at press time. No further details were available.

The CRE recently denied a post at Robin Leach's Las Vegas gossip blog which suggested that the band had signed a three-album, three-tour deal with Live Nation for $100 million. Although the source of the rumor was reportedly singer Vince Neil, bassist Nikki Sixx said in a statement, "MTLEY CRE has not signed any deals to tour or record whatsoever. Any information to the contrary is 100 percent incorrect."

The first **rumored and unconfirmed** dates have been leaked for the "Cruefest" tour, featuring MTLEY CRE alongside several other bands, including BUCKCHERRY, PAPA ROACH and SIXX: A.M.. They are as follows:

Jul. 01 - Cruzan Amphitheatre - West Palm Beach, FL
Jul. 03 - Ford Amphitheatre - Tampa, FL
Jul. 05 - Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre - Charlotte, NC
Jul. 08 - Nikon at Jones Beach Theater - Wantagh, NY
Jul. 13 - Nissan Pavilion - Bristow, VA
Jul. 24 - Superpages.com Center - Dallas, TX
Jul. 27 - Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre - Englewood, CO
Aug. 02 - Glen Helen Pavilion - Devore, CA
Aug. 08 - White River Amphitheater - Seattle, WA
Aug. 23 - PNC Bank Arts Center - Holmdel, NJ
Aug. 31 - Post Gazette Pavilion At Star Lake - Pittsburgh, PA

***Important***: The above-listed tour dates should be treated as a rumor only until officially confirmed by MTLEY CRE and its management.
